Thank you for using PayPal....
*in very rare cases, a new PayPal user may be asked to submit a 4-digit confirmation code, which they will need to retrieve from their next credit card statement, before they can complete signup and payment. this obviously could delay an order for days or weeks. PayPal asserts that this is for security purposes, and primarily involves a small percent of new, non-u.s. users. if for some reason you encounter this, please write us at

and we'll help sort it out. we're all for fraud prevention, but mindless xenophobic bureaucracy is another matter.
PAYPAL FAQ
is PayPal secure?
PayPal is the web's largest payment service, with over 20 million users, and is the payment service used on and owned by eBay. PayPal uses state of the art security procedures and encryption. only enter information when you are transferred directly from here to a secure site which begins with https://www.paypal.com. the most important bit is the 's', as in https. this indicates a secure connection.
what kind of information will PayPal ask for?
PayPal will ask for your name, address, phone, email, and credit card number, as do all legitimate internet merchants. they will also ask you for certain information from your credit card to guarantee your security. if you're not a PayPal member you'll need to create a PayPal user name and password. this is fast and easy.
will PayPal protect my privacy?
yes. your credit card number, bank account and other financial information will never be revealed to mattbonner.com or anyone whom you have paid (or who has paid you) through PayPal. the PayPal privacy policy is available here. see PayPal's website for more details.
what if I need help with my PayPal account?
PayPal has searchable help pages, email support, and a toll free phone number.
